Our company, Japan Security System Co., Ltd., regards customer’s personal information protection and appropriate management as a social responsibility. In accordance with the law concerning the protection of personal information and related laws and regulations, in order to properly manage personal information, we will establish personal information protection policy as follows and we will strive to protect customer's personal information.

1About proper acquisition and use of personal information

We will acquire personal information by lawful and fair means, and notify the customer him/herself of the purpose of use or announce necessary items on our website. In the case of acquiring personal information indirectly from a third party, we confirm that the relevant personal information was acquired properly. In addition, we will use the acquired personal information for notification to customer him/herself or within the range of purpose of use announced on our website.

2About provision of personal information to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from the customer in addition to the case where it is permitted by law.

3About the safety management of personal information

In order to prevent lost, destroyed, altered or leaked personal information, we will take appropriate information security measures such as countermeasures against unauthorized access and countermeasures against computer virus.

4About disclosure, correction, suspension of use of personal information

We will respond appropriately when we are requested to disclose, correct / add /delete, suspend / erase, or stop providing to third parties concerning the customer's personal information by customer him/herself.

5About supervision of outsourcer

In order to outsource operations, when we delegate the handling of personal information to third parties or share the information with them, we conclude necessary contracts after examining the third party and will take necessary legal measures.
